Pamela S. Williams, 56, Seneca, was convicted of selling tobacco to a minor and was fined $370.
Glenn Phelps, 66, Dale, was convicted of endangering the welfare of a minor and fined $370.
Oregon State Police
Dec. 19: Conducted a drug investigation involving an ongoing case with the Grant County Sheriff’s Office and Central Oregon Drug Enforcement Task Force.
Dec. 22: Received a report about indecent exposure that occurred when the reporting party was a juvenile in 2011, beyond the statute of limitations.
Dec. 24: Responded to a single-vehicle crash with injury on Highway 395 near Beech Creek Summit.
Dec. 29: Britt M. Wilcox, 23, John Day, was cited on Main Street in John Day for violating a no-contact order.
Dec. 29: Dennis B. Asher, 50, John Day, was cited on Main Street in John Day for giving false information to a police officer.
Dec. 30: Responded to a single-vehicle crash on Highway 395 south of Canyon City. The 69-year-old female driver reportedly took a 30 mph corner at 60 mph. An 8-year-old passenger crawled out and flagged down a passing vehicle. The driver was transported to the hospital with a broken collar bone.
Dec. 31: Advised a deer that had been killed and skinned and had its back straps removed was found near the former Prairie Wood Products mill in Prairie City.

Dec. 30: Todd Winegar, 40, Prairie City, was cited for driving on Highway 26 in John Day with a suspended license.
Dec. 31: Christine Daum, 28, John Day, was stopped on Highway 26 in John Day and cited for driving with a suspended license, expired tags and no insurance.
Dec. 31: Sabrina L. Long, 24, Payette, Idaho, was arrested on Highway 26 in John Day and charged on a Malheur County warrant.
