Grant County Sheriff’s Office is searching for someone who illegal dumped medical materials in the Malheur National Forest.

The sheriff’s office responded to the North Fork of Bridge Creek area on the Prairie City Ranger District for an illegal dump site June 6, according to a press release from Sheriff Glenn Palmer.

The investigation revealed that a number of medical bags used in dialysis had been thrown over the bank. Evidence at the scene indicated the items were dumped before this past winter, Palmer said.
