Grant County Circuit Court


A misdemeanor charge against Jeffrey C. Cook, 22, John Day, of furnishing alcohol to a person under 21 allegedly committed on July 9 was dismissed Oct. 10. The charge was adjudicated in Justice Court on July 25, where Cook pleaded no contest and was fined $440.

Eric G. Borley, 54, Redmond, pleaded guilty Sept. 13 to failing to report as a sex offender committed on April 19. He was sentenced to 24 months probation, 80 hours of community service and $600 in fines and fees.
