Crossroads Center for the Arts in Baker City, will hold its ninth regional annual show: Art at the Crossroads. Open to professional and amateur artists 18 and older. Each artist may submit a total of three pieces which have been completed in the past two years, and not previously shown in an Art at the Crossroads regional art exhibit. All work must be original.

Cash and ribbons will be awarded by Eastern Oregon University Professor Emeritus, Judd Koehn in all categories as well as Best of Show and Judge's Award. A People's Choice award will also be selected by those attending the opening reception.

Entry forms and fees must be received by August 24th. No late entries will be accepted.

The entry fee is $15 for up to three works of art. Artists are encouraged to offer their work for sale. The media categories are: two dimensional (oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, charcoal, ink, pressed multiples, mixed media, etc.), sculpture, photography, and fine crafts (ceramics, glass, fiber arts, wood).

The Art at the Crossroads exhibit will open with a reception Sept. 7, 2007 from 6 to 8:00 p.m. Tickets for the opening night reception are $5. Participating artists will receive a complimentary ticket to the opening reception.
