What is your #1 goal for the next six months?

I would like to see myself and a more reasonable weight. To reach that weight I would like to drop 30 to 40 lbs. I know it's a big goal for six months, but those individual pounds add up fast.

What is going to be your biggest motivation?

I have a loving husband who is very supportive of my goals, and a team that will keep me in check. But I would have to say my little girl who is almost 19 months old will be my biggest motivation. She is full of energy and not afraid of anything, and I would like to be able to set an example for her as she grows up.

What is your strategy for staying the course?

I have the support of my team, and if one of us slips the rest will help put us back on track. If I am having any problems I know that I can call one of my team mates at any time, no matter what time it is. Make sure that they hold me accountable if I slip.

What is your secret food craving?

FOOD is my craving. I love to bake and cook, and a good cook always has to test for the perfect taste! Soda is another one. I have to apologize to my husband, "sorry honey, no more ice cream in our house."

The exercise you love to hate?

I love to hate all exercise. But if I had to say one thing it would have to be running. Maybe once I get in shape it might not be so bad, but right now it's no fun. I am more in to fun and exciting work outs.

What is your #1 strategy?

Focus on the goals that I have set in front of my self, and put all my hard work and energy into reaching my goal.
