My No. 1 goal for the next six months is to get back into my old clothes which means losing 36 pounds.

My biggest motivator is my two boys bugging me but also exercising with me.

My strategy fir staying on course is my team.

My secret food craving is snacks.

The exercise I love to hate is running-it hurts.

My No. 1 strategy is doing Oxycise every day.
