Isabel Rodriguez and Armando Ortiz of John Day became parents of a son, Armando Adrian Ortiz-Rodriguez born at 3:45 p.m. June 10 at the Blue Mountain Hospital.
Armando weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 19 1/4 inches.
