1.) What is your No.1 Goal for the next six months?

My number one goal is to get in the habit of exercising - hopefully on a daily basis.

2.) What is going to be your biggest motivator?

My biggest motivator is being part of a team - especially since I see many of the members every day. I also am motivated by watching The Biggest Loser.

3). What is your strategy to staying the course?

I need to remember I'm in it for the long run...losing pounds isn't the ultimate goal - it's keeping them off while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, my strategy is to make changes that I can continue after the challenge is over.

4). What is your secret food craving?

I LOVE!! frosted sugar cookies. (But it's not so secret).

5). The exercise you love to hate?

I really hate running and squats.

6). What is your No. 1 strategy?

My number 1 strategy is to exercise on a daily basis and eat green leafy things. I really need to stay away from candy, cookies and chips and to maintain contact with my team members.
