My number one goal...

To be able to run at least 5 miles. And all of them at one time

My biggest motivator...

To be able to tuck shirts into my jeans again. I'm serious... and practical.

My strategy to staying the course...

Keeping an exercise/walking log.

My secret food craving...

Ice cream sandwiches. I'm a cheap date.

The exercise I love to hate...

ALL of them...I'd rather be walking, hiking, and hopefully RUNNING!

My #1 strategy...

"Changing it up" - varying whatever I'm doing either with exercising and walking, or my diet plan. That's the only way I'll be able to stick to it, and not be sick of it, after the Challenge. And for life.
