NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
GRANT-BAKER FEDERAL CREDIT UNION,
nka OLD WEST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION,
WILLIAM HOWARD GREEN and PENNY LOUISE GREEN,
An execution issued from this Court in this cause on July 7, 2003, pursuant to a judgment rendered and entered on June 30, 2003, in favor of Grant-Baker Federal Credit Union, Plaintiff, and against William Howard Green and Penny Louise Green, Defendants. In the judgment, it was ordered that a certain trust deed be foreclosed. The execution issued pursuant to the judgment commanded me to sell the real property described below to satisfy the judgment against William Howard Green and Penny Louise Green, Defendants, in the sum of $35,203.88; plus accrued interest of $1,843.14; plus interest thereon at the rate of $10.1271 per day on the unpaid principal balance of $35,203.88, from April 25, 2003, until paid; plus a late charge in the amount of $26.14; plus the further sum of $254.00 as a reasonable expense for a title search; plus attorney fees in the amount of $480.00; plus costs in the amount of $305.50, plus interest at the rate of 9% per annum on the sum of $785.50; and $500.00 in fees for post collection proceedings. I will on August 12, 2003, at 9:00 a.m. at the front entry of the Criminal Justice Facility, 205 S. Humbolt, Canyon City, Grant County, Oregon, sell at public auction (subject to redemption as provided by law) to the highest bidder for cash, all the interest that the above named Defendants had on August 16, 2000, the date of the trust deed, and all the interest that Defendants had thereafter, in the following described real property and 1971 Sierra mobile home:

Also, that portion of the Alley vacated by Prairie City Ordinance No. 235, recorded Jan. 27, 1965, in Deed Book 92, page 170, described as follows: beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 5 in said Block 19; thence North 25 feet; thence East 15 feet to the center of said alley; thence South along the centerline of said alley 85 feet; thence West 15 feet to the East line of said Lot 6 in said Block 19; thence North along the East line of Lots 6, 5 and 4, 85 feet to the point of beginning.
