Pursuant to ORS 223.297 to 223.314, the City of John Day hereby notifies interested parties a public hearing will be held by the John Day City Council on August 11, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. in John Day City Hall, 450 E. Main, to outline system development charges (SDC) for water and sewer systems. There will be a second public hearing held on October 27, 2009 in accordance with ORS 223.304 to consider adoption of the System Development Charge Study at that time.

Information will be available at the John Day City Hall after July 28, 2009 (draft SDC Study available for review). Any questions should be directed to Peggy Gray, City Manager, at (541) 575-0028.
