Arrests and citations the Blue Mountain Eagle reports are taken from the logs of area law-enforcement agencies. Every effort is made to report the court disposition of all arrests listed.

Justice CourtCANYON CITY - Grant County Justice Court reported the following fines and violations:

• Daniel Williams, Mt. Vernon, was cited for overload. Fined $585.

• Michael Yanez, Burns, was cited for violation of the basic speed rule (74/55 zone). Fined $110.

• Joshua Hamilton, Kimberly, was cited for failure to immediately validate bobcat record card. Fined $150.

• Patton Carter, Long Creek, was cited for overload. Fined $95.

• Kenneth Guest, Monument, was cited for no furtaker's license. It was dismissed when proof was shown. On another charge of failure to inspect snares within 76 hours, he was fined $115.

• Dustin Berry, John Day, pleaded guilty on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor. He was ordered to complete an alcohol treatment program at his own expense and fined $603.

• Erin Stacy, Mt. Vernon, pleaded guilty on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor. She was ordered to complete an alcohol treatment program at her own expense and fined $317.

Small Claims Court• Charles T. Church v. Donald and Lawanda Seeley. Money judgment awarded to Charles T. Church in the amount of $5,097.50.

DispatchThe John Day Dispatch worked 150 calls between May 22 and May 30. Along with assorted traffic violations, reports of loud music, reports of livestock animals in the road, domestic disputes and reports of dead deer, these calls included:

John Day - Ambulance dispatched to Valley View Assisted Living, report of vehicle being keyed, report of a hit and run, and ambulance dispatched to Canyon Boulevard for a report of a hip injury.

Sheriff's Office - Report of kids riding 4-wheelers down Main Street in Monument and report of a reckless driver on Adams Drive.

Prairie City - Report of a burglary and ambulance responded for an 83-year-old female who had fallen and hit her head.

John Day Police• May 22 - Marco Tamez, 30, Bend, was cited for violation of the basic speed rule (56/35 zone).

• May 26 - Allen Clayton, 23, Prineville, was cited for no operator's license.

• May 26 - James Zollman, 29, Enterprise, was cited for violation of the basic speed rule (68/35 zone).

• May 27 - Ronald James Derrick, Corvallis, was cited for violation of the basic speed rule (53/35 zone).

• May 27 - George Robert Post, Prineville, was cited for violation of the basic speed rule (53/35 zone).

• May 27 - Shannon Marie Blasdell, Prineville, was cited for violation of the basic speed rule (53/35 zone).

• May 27 - Gary Leonardo, Eagle Point, was cited for violation of the basic speed rule (51/35 zone).

• May 27 - Norman Maley, Pilot Butte, was cited for violation of the basic speed rule (54/35 zone).

• May 27 - Robin Elliott, John Day, was cited for violation of the basic speed rule (51/35 zone).

• May 27 - Laurie Grape Floyd, Bend, was cited for violation of the basic speed rule (59/35 zone).

• May 27 - Douglas Fitzpatrick, 32, Redmond, was cited for violation of the basic speed rule (58/35 zone).

• May 28 - Kenneth Kaas, 41, Troutdale, was cited for violation of the basic speed rule (61/55 zone).

• May 28 - Margaret Walker, 52, Powell Butte, was cited for violation of the basic speed rule.

• May 28 - James Bradfield, 64, Bend, was cited for violation of the basic speed rule (54/35 zone).

Prairie City Police• May 26 - Thomas Cloverdale, 29, Eugene, was cited for driving while suspended.

Grant County Sheriff• May 26 - Evins Wilkerson, 56, Monument, was cited for violation of the basic speed rule (72/55 zone), failure to register and driving uninsured.
