What is your #1 goal for the next 6 months? My number one goal is to become healthier overall, I want to lower my blood pressure and make routine exercise a part of every day living.

What is going to be your biggest motivator? My biggest motivator is my daughter, Desi and my team.

What is your strategy for staying on course? Having the willpower to do it and having my daughter beside me pushing me the entire way.

What is your secret food craving? Popcorn and sweet late night snacks.
