#1 goal for the next 6 months:

Lose weight, develop a healthier eating habit. Build an exercise routine that becomes a life style.

2. Knowing that God is there with me every step of the way. He reminds me that THIS CAN BE DONE! God removes the

"I can't" road blocks that I put in the way of my journey to health.

3. Strategy for staying on course:

There are 6 teammates depending on me!

4. Secret food craving: Cheese is my drug of choice

5. Exercise I love to hate:

Any one that I have to get down on the floor to do!

6. #1 strategy

Do the best I can each day and only one day at a time!

God will not give me anything that I can not handle.
