Elliott takes second on bulls

CHADRON, Neb. - Dustin Elliott from John Day finished second in the bull riding competition at the Chadron State College rodeo on Sept. 28-29.

He had scores of 76 and 83 in the two go-rounds of the rodeo.

Elliott, a senior at Chadron State College, was the national intercollegiate bull riding champion in 2001. He is the grandson of Dean Elliott of John Day.
