The Blue Mountains Forest plan revision and draft environmental impact statement will go online this Friday, with a link on the forest websites, and also will be available to read and review at forest offices and in public libraries.

Public meetings, from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m., will be:

Monday, March 17 – Federal Building, John Day.

Tuesday, March 18 – Community Center, Burns.

Wednesday, March 19 – Long Creek Community Center, Long Creek.

Thursday, March 20 – Wallowa-Whitman Forest, Enterprise.

Tuesday, March 25 – Baker County Fairgrounds, Baker City.

Wednesday, March 26 – Blue Mountain Conference Center, La Grande.

Thursday, March 27 – Lions Hall, Halfway.

Monday, March 31 - Red Lion Convention Center, Portland.

Tuesday, April 1 - Pendleton Convention Center, Pendleton.

Wednesday, April 2 – Heppner City Hall, Heppner.

Thursday, April 3 – Columbia County Engineers Office, Dayton, Wash.

Friday, April 4 – Benton PUD Auditorium, Kennewick, Wash.

FS will take its proposal on the road for 3 weeks
