My No. 1 goal for the next six months is to lose weight by exercising more and eating healthier.

My biggest motivator will be getting into clothes that I haven't been able to wear for awhile-that and being accountable to my teammates!

My strategy to stay the course is to not get discouraged if I don't do as well as I want to do each week. That will involve communicating with my teammates.

My secret food craving is cookies-just about any kind-and anything made with cream cheese.

The exercise that I love to hate is running.

My number 1 strategy is to be aware of how I'm feeling as I exercise more and eat better. I know that being accountable to teammates will help.

Good luck to EVERYONE that is accepting the challenge to be healthier, and an especially big encouragement to my team, the Salubrious Seven! I hope that we're the "Biggest Losers"!!
