• Birth and death certificates

• Blood pressure screening

• Women, Infants and Children (WIC) nutrition program

• Newborn home visits

• Breastfeeding consultation

• Immunizations

• Primary care

• Women's health care

• Family planning and birth control methods

• Pre-conceptual nutrition counseling

• Pregnancy testing and counseling

• Sexually transmitted disease testing and treatment

• HIV/AIDS testing and counseling

• Tobacco & drug prevention and education

• Women ages 50-64 may qualify for a FREE Women's Health Check. Call and see if you qualify.

Fees for services are determined on a sliding fee scale, and are based on the gross monthly income and the number of people in the family. No one is denied services due to inability to pay.
