JOHN DAY The Grant County office of Oregon State University Extension has several items of interest to 4-H members and leaders.
Heres the schedule:
Monday, Oct. 1 Completed 4-H record books are due.
Monday, Oct. 1 Enrollment for 4-H for the 2012-2013 year starts. Leaders and members must re-enroll each year.
Monday, Oct. 8 Grant County 4-H leaders meeting, 6 p.m., in Keerins Hall.
Monday, Oct. 15 4-H Achievement Night, 6 p.m. in the Mt. Vernon Grange Hall. All 4-H members, leaders and families are encouraged to attend. Year-end pins, medals, special county awards and the Distinguished Service Award will be presented.
