I will on April 3, 2003, at 9 a.m. at the front entry of the Criminal Justice Facility, 205 S Humbolt, Canyon City, Oregon, offer for sale and sell at public auction for cash, in hand, subject to redemption as provided by law, to the highest bidder, the interest of the defendants described above (excepting the interest of Austin E. Drewett and June M. Drewett who hold a prior Trust Deed encumbering the property dated on or about August 3, 1998 and recorded on or about August 10, 1998 under recording number 981597 of the real property records of Grant County) in the following described real property:

Lots 1, 2, and 3, of block 4, of Cleaver & Cozart's Addition to the City of Prairie City, Grant County, Oregon ads shown by the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the clerk of said county in Book Q of Plats, page 580 (Tax Acct. 4- 1 13-33-2BC 2300; 2816)

Commonly known as: 543 North Johnson Avenue, Prairie City, OR. 97869.

The sale is made under a Writ of Execution issued out of the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for Grant County dated February 3, 2003, upon and pursuant to a Stipulated Judgment of Foreclosure rendered and entered on January 6, 2003, in favor of U.S. National Bank Association ND, plaintiff. In the Stipulated Judgment of Foreclosure, it was ordered that a certain mortgage lien be sold. The execution issued pursuant to the judgment commanded me to sell any and all interest that defendants: Unknown Heirs of Ronald L. Musgrave; Allie L. Buck; Janice Musgrave; John Does I through V; Occupants of the premises; and All parties claiming to have an interest in the property described in the Complaint (excepting the interest of Austin E. Drewett and June Drewett) had on August 3, 1998, the date of the Deed of Trust, or thereafter, in the real property described in the judgment of satisfy the sum of $51,343.07, together with post-judgment interest of $10.20 a day for February 22, 2003 until date of sale.
