I wish that I could report like some participants that I have lost 20 pounds, even 10 would be nice, but I cannot. It continues to be a roller coaster ride from one day to the next.

I find once I reach home at 5 p.m., and feed the family, I really have no motivation to get on the treadmill. To survive this challenge, I must strive to do this. I guess we will see in August.

Congrats to all of the participants that continue to see and feel the success of better health. I am so impressed with how well teams are doing with staying focused. A big "shout out" to Team Performance and The Enforcers. You show all of us the importance of being a team and working together.

So, for the continuation of the challenge, good luck teams. Eat well, be active and become a better you. We are all in this together and we will succeed. (Maybe with bumps, bruises and aching muscles, but we will succeed!)
