Well, we are off and walking, not running! This will be an experience for us all.

What is my #1 goal for the next 6 months? To survive! Drop the weight and still don't smoke!

My biggest motivator is my health. I lost both of my parents to heart disease. I do so want to be a problem to my children and hopefully someday have grandchildren to spoil!!

My strategy to stay on course is to keep motivated through my teammates and my husband. A lot of self motivation would hurt things either!

I don't know that I have a secret food craving. I like beef and I like salt. I am going to have to cut down on the Coca Cola though! I hope that Gardner's doesn't go broke!

The exercise that I love to hate? It's all bad!

My #1 strategy is to take it one day at a time!
