JOHN DAY - March 3, taco salad was served by members of Blue Mountain Hospital Auxiliary. Donna Mills led the flag salute. Ben Luethe asked the blessing. Len's certificate was won by Carryl Magee and Bob McCauley will enjoy the Catholic Church fish fry with a free ticket.

March 6 the entree was furnished by Jean Willey in memory of Bob. Servers were members of St. Thomas Episcopal Church. Dennis Reynolds led the flag salute. Carryl Magee was the announcer. Bob McCauley read a funny story and then asked a wonderful blessing! So all is well at the Senior Center.

Roast pork, mashed potatoes, gravy, broccoli salad was served, along with hot rolls as good as my mom made and that is a huge compliment! Dessert was pistachio fluff.

Chester's certificate was won by Vera Hensley, free meal by Ed Griffen, and Wilma Bauer and Frieda Ratliff will enjoy the fish fry at the Catholic Church on March 14.

Corned beef will be served March 13 - St. Patrick's Day is March 17 - but wear green Thursday, so you don't get pinched!

Monday, March 17 will be mac and cheese, and on March 20, baked ham.
