My goal is to find a lifestyle where I can comfortably exercise 4 times a week and to lose 35 pounds and take 4 inches off my waist. My motivating factors are to be fit enough to go on a bear hunt in Alask later this summer and to be able to hunt for elk in the fall without the pain I usually feel. Also, to be healthy enough to enjoy my grandchildren for the next 30 years. I plan on keeping a record or logbook of my activities with pictures of my grandkids, as well as pictures of hunting trips. It's no secret what I like to eat...my favorite foods are ice cream and pizza. I love running (in my mind), I just hating getting in shape and actually doing it. My number one strategy is to eat less, and better, and exercise more.
