We are still losing weight and inches team ~ that is good news!! Let's continue to persevere!

The summer months seem to be harder for me to stay with a routine. My summer has been busy! I feel like I've been doing good on my eating habits, but, I haven't been exercising very well. Because it's been so nice out, I am outside alot doing yardwork, watering, weeding, etc. But, then I plan to "exercise" later and I never seem to get around to it! My next goal is to exercise each day...even if it's only for 20 minutes! I NEED to make that a habit in my life!
