JORDAN VALLEY - The Monument/Dayville Lady Tigers dominated the volleyball court last Friday, as they took all three games from the Jordan Valley Mustangs.

The scores were 25-20, 25-19 and 25-15.

"We hit the ball this week and our serves were consistent," said coach Stephanie Reed.

She added that even the younger girls on the team had a chance to play.

On Sept. 17, the girls beat Mitchell in three of five games, with scores of 25-19, 25-27, 18-25, 25-18 and 15-9.

The same day, the Grant County volleyball players lost to Spray,1-3. Monument/Dayville's scores were 25-8, 13-25, 18-25 and 21-25.

Early this week, the Lady Tigers were at 3-2 in the 1A-8 Hi Desert League.

Next up, the Tigers meet the Crane Mustangs at 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 1, at home in the Monument gym.
