Two lawsuits against the U.S. Forest Service - one concerning the Monument I and II timber sales and the grazing allotments on the Malheur River - were heard in U.S. District Court Thursday.

Both rulings were postponed.

In another grazing lawsuit, an evidentiary hearing is June 28 concerning the Murderer's Creek and Blue Mountain allotments.
