The sale is made under a Writ of Execution issued out of the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for Grant County dated February 3, 2003, upon and pursuant to a Stipulated Judgment of Foreclosure rendered and entered on January 6, 2003, in favor of U.S. National Bank Association ND, plaintiff. In the Stipulated Judgment of Foreclosure, it was ordered that a certain mortgage lien be sold. The execution issued pursuant to the judgment commanded me to sell any and all interest that defendants: Unknown Heirs of Ronald L. Musgrave; Allie L. Buck; Janice Musgrave; John Does I through V; Occupants of the premises; and All parties claiming to have an interest in the property described in the Complaint (excepting the interest of Austin E. Drewett and June Drewett) had on August 3, 1998, the date of the Deed of Trust, or thereafter, in the real property described in the judgment of satisfy the sum of $51,343.07, together with post-judgment interest of $10.20 a day for February 22, 2003 until date of sale.

Pursuant to ORS 477.250, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held to provide landowners an opportunity to comment on budgeting for fire protection and suppression within the boundaries of the Central Oregon Forest Protection District (COD) and for privately owned lands in Crook, Deschutes, Gilliam, Grant, Harney, Hood Rver, Jefferson, Morrow, Umatilla, Wasco and Wheeler counties within the boundaries of the Deschutes, Malheur, Mt. Hood, Ochoco, Umatilla and Wallowa-Whitman national forests. INVITATION TO BID
Grant County is inviting bids from qualified persons to perform re-painting of parking spaces and ADA sites on the north, west and south parking areas around the County Courthouse and Justice Center located at 201 S. Humbolt Street in Canyon City, Ore. Re-painting includes the entire west parking lot adjacent to these buildings.
Each qualified provider must submit a written proposal addressing the itemized costs. Work shall be performed in accordance with Oregon Administrative Rules, OR-OSHA codes, and standards adopted by the State of Oregon. Bids must include a copy of the contractor's current CBC registration.

Summary of Complaint: Plaintiff seeks quiet title of property purchased from Defendants pursuant to a Land Sale Contract in which Plaintiff has performed according to the terms of the contract and has possessed the land under color of title for a period of longer than 10 years. Defendant has failed to tender a deed to Plaintiff.
Demand for Relief: Plaintiff prays for judgment against defendants and award Plaintiff quiet title to the property described in the complaint.

On March 10, 2003 an application was filed by Blue Mountain Broadcasting Company, Inc. with the Federal Communications commission for new FM translator servicing John Day, Oregon, to be located on Holmstrom Hill, approximately .8 miles north of John Day.
The new translator will operate on Channel 229 with 0.22 Kw ERP of power, and will re-broadcast Station KJDY-FM.
