Summary of Complaint: Plaintiff seeks quiet title of property purchased from Defendants pursuant to a Land Sale Contract in which Plaintiff has performed according to the terms of the contract and has possessed the land under color of title for a period of longer than 10 years. Defendant has failed to tender a deed to Plaintiff.

Demand for Relief: Plaintiff prays for judgment against defendants and award Plaintiff quiet title to the property described in the complaint.

The County will award the contract within thirty (30) calendar days of the bid opening. Work will commence within five (5) calendar days of the notice to proceed. The contractor shall complete all work required in the contract within 100 calendar days of the stated date in the notice to proceed. All work must be completed by August 31, 2003.
