Together with the private sewer pipeline easement, 10 feet in width across Parcel 2 for the purpose of maintaining a domestic sewer pipeline, serving Parcel 3, as shown on said plats. Both the beneficiary and the trustee have elected to sell the said real property to satisfy the obligations secured by said trust deed and a notice of default has been recorded pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes 86.735(3); the default for which the foreclosure is made is grantor's failure to pay when due the following sums:

Sealed proposals will be received at the Grant County Road Department by Ross Hodgson, Road Master, by 8:00 a.m. local time and opened by the Contract Review Board in County Court Chambers at the Grant County Courthouse, Canyon City, Oregon, at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23, 2002, for the following:

Snow removal on Baker County Road 520, approximately 6.5 miles, which road has a surface treatment with asphalt, 24 feet wide from shoulder to shoulder.

Snow removal on Grant County Road 24, approximately 16 miles, which road has a surface treatment with asphalt, 24 feet wide from shoulder to shoulder.

Country Road 24 (F.S. Road 13) is 1.9 miles in length and 14 feet wide with turnouts.

Baker County Road 520 starts at city limits of Sumpter, Oregon and is approximately 6.5 miles to the summit of county line between Baker and Grant.

Grant County Road 24 starts at county line between Baker County and Grant County, which is approximately 6.5 miles from Sumpter, Oregon, thence 10.6 miles to Granite, Oregon. County Road 24 turns west for approximately 3.4 miles to junction with Forest Road 10. County Road 24 goes southerly for approximately 1.9 miles to end of project.

Prequalification of bidder shall be required, in accordance with Oregon Revised Statute 279.039, and as shown in subsection 00120.00, Prequalification of Bidders.

Under ORS 279.029, each bid shall contain statements as to whether the bidder is a Resident Bidder. In addition, under ORS 279.312, each bid shall also require contractors to demonstrate that a drug testing program is in place.

Contractor to furnish all equipment, tools, labor and incidentals necessary to complete the work.

Surety bond, cashier's check, or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid shall be attached to the bid. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond for the total bid amount.

SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET HEARING

A public hearing on a proposed supplemental budget for Grant County, State of Oregon, for the fiscal year July 1, 2002 to June 30, 2003 will be held at county courtroom, Courthouse, Canyon City. The hearing will take place on the 16th day of October, 2002 at 9:15 a.m.

The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the supplemental budget with interested persons.

A copy of the supplemental budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after October 9, 2002 at County Treasurer's office, Courthouse, Canyon City between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

This grant will help Grant County with bioterrorism preparedness procedures. It will fund a full time position and the necessary supplies and materials to accomplish the bioterrorism plan and epidemiology response procedures required by the State.
