To the Editor:

I think to force change in an individual through the illegal taking of their children is a malicious act against family rights and constitution, not to mention, a bad example of authority. It's just a temporary fix for fear of injustice and does not encourage a permanent mindset in the individual or their children.

Since the juvenile code does not require prima facia and or a warrant to take a child from their parents, I believe that Department of Human Services and the juvenile code should be reformed immediately in order to meet constitutional requirements.
