What is your No. 1 goal for the next six months?
My No. 1 goal is to achieve a change in lifestyle so that I can be active for the rest of my live as I love to travel. I know that it must become a lifestyle change and not a diet.
What is going to be your biggest motivator?
My biggest motivator is my grandson Braedyn. When I get time to spend with him I want to be able to be active enough to stay up with him and enjoy the many activities that he is involved in.
What is your strategy to staying the course?
My strategy to staying the course is to make sure and use my team as a motivator also. We all work together and I think that by communication with them about all the issues that come with trying to stay healthy it will reinforce these goals. Also I have lots of support from my husband at home and that really makes the big difference on the day to day stuff.
What is your secret food cravings?
Red hot blue chips-I would rather eat them than a steak. Put some hot pepper jack cheese and jalapenos on top and you have the best taste mix in the world.
The exercise you love to hate?
Squats and lunges. I don't think there is any exercise that hurts as much.
What is your No. 1 strategy?
To use my team and family for a support group. Exercise and cut back on food. To get active with golf (as soon as weather permits).
