1. What is your No. 1 goal for the next six months? My ultimate goal is to lose another 40-50 pounds. There once was a day that I could walk 5 miles a day and did it 5-6 times per week, and loved it. I want to be able to do that again, and enjoy it like I did then!
2. What is going to be your biggest motivator? My team!! Again this year, we have a great team, everyone is so supportive and that makes the world of difference for me.
3. What is your strategy for staying on course? I will again do a low carb diet and I will have teammates at home and work who will keep pushing me to exercise. I will not be able to escape it.
4. What is your secret food craving? Cheesecake
5. The exercise you love to hate? Sit-ups, push-ups (oh yeah I can't even do those)
6. What is your No. 1 strategy? I don't really have a specific strategy. I will follow my diet of very few carbs, and increase my exercise by walking, walking, walking!!
