Omega Morgan’s second megaload made it into Idaho last weekend, following the first one’s path toward Montana and beyond to Alberta, Canada.

Here crews were preparing to move the second megaload last Friday afternoon from the weigh scales west of Austin Junction.

A daytime move was allowed, starting at 4 p.m., due to icy conditions on the highway in the Unity area.

While the first megaload drew protests in John Day that ended in 15 arrests, the second load passed through Grant County without incident.
