1. The first Public Hearing will begin at 1 p.m. At this hearing, the Court will discuss the appropriate action to take regarding the portion of road currently named Baldy Mountain Road. The Court will decide either to codify the error and allow the portion of road to retain the name Baldy Mountain Road, or cause the road to be called by the historically documented name, Pine Creek Road.

2. The second Public Hearing will begin at 2 p.m. At this hearing, the Court will discuss the appropriate action to take regarding the portion of road currently named Pine Creek Road, where it lies south of the fork with Baldy Mountain Road. Taking into account the results of the first hearing at 1 p.m., the Court will decide either to codify the error and allow this portion of road to retain the name Pine Creek Road, or they will move forward with establishing a unique name for this section of road.

3. The third Public Hearing will begin at 3 p.m. At this hearing, the Court will address the naming of a private road in order to promote the health, safety and welfare of the public. The road begins at Township 14 South, Range 32 East, Section 11, W.M. and proceeds generally to the Southwest.
