I became attached to chicken broth while under the weather. They say chicken soup heals.

Summertime isn't the ideal time to have chicken broth, but I found some tasty ways to dress up the broth.

I added yellow squash, red bell peppers and red kidney beans, plus a little garlic and onion which I sauteed first then added to the hot broth.

The Pilates has gone well this week. I think I'll continue with it. It's supposed to really strengthen the core - abs, back etc.
