Paul Blair, AKA Dizzy Hips has been called "the Jackie Chan of hula-hoops" for his "amazing feats of 'gyronautical' wonder" (also called hula-hoop tricks), creative and clean comedy, and his goofball stunts.

Originally from Lewiston, Idaho, Paul Blair has earned his hoops in the world at large. He has performed in 18 countries and spent 8 years in a circus based in San Francisco. Dizzy has a Guinness World Record and has been featured in "Ripley's Believe it or Not" as well as America's Got Talent, ABC's "Wanna Bet", Breakfast TV, Nintendo Wii Commercials, Maui Toys Commercials, NBC's Evening Magazine and KTLA, Los Angeles.

He has performed with circuses & event companies for 12 years. Dizzy has coached thousands of kids and adults in various circus arts, including seven who went on to Cirque du Soliel, sports, crafts and outdoor skill.

No matter where he goes, he always longs for 3 things;

1. to teach people his unique ways of playing and getting fit,

2. to bring smiles to as many faces as possible, and

3. to spend time in the wilderness fishing and exploring.
