PRAIRIE CITY - May 23, 2007 had only Marvin, James and Buzz preparing the six tables. Eula had 43 sign in to eat spaghetti dinner with garlic bread, salad and cake. There were five takeout meals prepared by Edna and Gene Jennings.

The flag salute was led by Marvin Casebeer. The blessing was given by Duane Cheadle.

The servers were Louise LaBaugh, Vivian Rookstool, Pam Howard and Lana Abarr. After lunch, Helen Cardwell and Barbara Reynolds helped with the leftovers.

From the nursing home Lorna Askew and Patty Jones brought Gene Emery, Vern Randall, Nestle Davis and Joyce Morton.

The Prairie Drug and Hardware certificate went to Bob McCauley.

It was announced Saturday, May 26, the American Legion Memorial service at the cemetery is at noon. Fighter planes from Kingsley Field will fly over at noon.
