• Nov. 26 - Jill M. Tirico, 16, Mt. Vernon, was cited for reckless driving.

• Nov. 30 - Kevin D. Percy, 16, Canyon City, was cited for prohibited lighting.

• Dec. 1 - Loren Steven Mullin, 21, John Day, was cited for violation of basic speed rule (50/35 zone)

• Dec. 1 - Robert W. Clugston, 65, Brooks, Calif., was cited in Canyon City for violation of basic speed rule (50/35 zone).

Prairie City Police

• Nov. 25 - A juvenile female was cited for violation of basic speed rule (76/55 zone).

• Nov. 27 - James Brown, 26, Redmond, was cited for violation of basic speed rule (46/25 zone).

• Nov. 27 - John Kahlie, 55, Bend, was cited for violation of basic speed rule (49/30 zone).

• Nov. 29 - Thomas Labossiere, 39, Friday Harbor, Wash., was cited for violation of basic speed rule (48/30 zone).

• Nov. 26 - John Day Ambulance was dispatched for an 81-year-old female who reportedly was in respiratory distress.

• Nov. 26 - John Day and Mt. Vernon ambulances were dispatched for a 63-year-old male who reportedly had fallen off a roof.

• Nov. 26 - John Day Ambulance was dispatched to a location in the Riverside Trailer park for a 17-year-old female who reportedly was having seizures.

• Nov. 28 - Long Creek and John Day ambulances were dispatched to a location in Fox for an 86-year-old female who reportedly had fallen and was suffering from hip pain.

• Nov. 28 - Monument Ambulance was dispatched for a 13-year-old male who reportedly had suffered a badly cut finger.

• Nov. 28 - John Day Ambulance was dispatched to a location in Canyon City for an 81-year-old female who reportedly had fallen and suffered a possible broken hip.

• Nov. 29 - Mt. Vernon and John Day fire departments were dispatched to the scene of a structure fire in Mt. Vernon.

• Nov. 30 - Prairie City Ambulance was dispatched for a female patient who reportedly was feeling faint.

• Dec. 1 - John Day Ambulance was dispatched to Valley View Assisted Living Community for a 92-year-old female who reportedly was dehydrated.
