Ritter schools reunion provided day of fun

Ritter Hot Springs was a welcome get-away for the Ritter, Range and Three Mile schools reunion. Pictured are some youngsters and oldsters who gathered for the July 20 event.

RITTER HOT SPRINGS - The Ritter Reunion is always held the third Sunday in July and the 2003 gathering on July 20 brought nearly 50 attendees. The Ritter Hot Springs was the scene for a noon-time potluck, sharing stories and pictures, and talking about the "good old days."

Those attending from the Range School District were: Wayne and Betty (Sheff) from Ukiah; Terry Knapp and daughter and son-in-law, Terri Lynn and Robert Gardner; Martha Knapp of Wenatchee, Wash., and Bob Knapp of Portland; Wes Herold and son, John, from Pilot Rock; and Jack and Betty (Reynolds) from Pilot Rock.
