Robert "Rob" Delaine Dunn, 47, of Amity and formerly of Baker City died Nov. 4.

There will be a service held in the spring of 2005 in Baker City, following the service, his ashes will be spread over a ranch that he spent time at as a child.

Mr. Dunn was born to Delaine and Bonnie Byrne Dunn in Baker City on Jan. 6, 1957. He and his family moved to John Day in 1973 and he graduated from Grant Union High School in 1975.

After graduation he went into the Army and served for 10 years. He was stationed in Germany twice during his tenure. He was honored with numerous awards and medals. After his time in the Army he lived in Eastern Oregon. He moved to Amity in 1998. He was an auto mechanic most of his life.

He loved his family, cars and music.

Survivors include his parents, Bonnie and Delaine Dunn of La Grande; three daughters, Athena Street-Morris of Evanston, Wyo., Olivia of Ladd, Ill., and Brenda of Portland; one son Kevin of Redmond; companion, Rhonda Armour of Amity; sister, Debi Shervey of Hermiston; brother, Chris of La Grande; and six grandchildren.
