PRAIRIE CITY - Anyone with scrap metal in the form of old vehicles, appliances and farm machinery, or any other form, can get rid of it free and help clean up Grant County at the same time.

Collections will take place from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. on June 11, July 9, and August 13, located in Prairie City at the rock pile behind the Co-Gen plant, signs will be up to show the way.

The title of ownership should accompany old vehicles, or help will be provided to obtain a DMV replacement title if needed.

The Greater Prairie City Community Association is sponsoring the clean-up campaign.
