What is your # 1 goal for the next six months? My number one goal n the next six months is to get on a meal schedule. I have a hard time eating breakfast but I will try to do so, so I'm not gorging myself by afternoon.
What is going to be your biggest motivator? My biggest motivator is my daughter Kayla and myself. Everything I do is up to me, and as for my daughter- I want her to also be healthy, and to learn what's good for her to eat and not to eat, and to know that physical activity is important.
What is your strategy to staying the course? My strategy of staying the course is to exercise 3 to 5 times a week. I will cook health dinners for me and my entire family, and never eat fast food.
What is your secret food craving? My secret food craving I would have to say chocolate. (especially that one time a month)
The exercise you love to hate? The only exercise I could say I love to hate would have to be pushups. (cause I can't do them)
What is your # one strategy? My number one strategy is to accomplish my goals that I have set for myself. By the end of the eagle challenge I hope to have a whole new wardrobe, hopefully wearing tight fitting shirts and not having to wear sweatshirts all the time to hide my fat rolls.
