DAYVILLE - The Prineville District BLM will be begin road repairs on Nov. 8, to the South Fork John Day River Road.

The repair work may last up to three weeks and will be seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. with delays up to 30 minutes.

Work will be located about 20 miles south of Dayville on County Road 63. Access to and from South Fork Road and the Deer Creek Road, Sunflower Road, Indian Creek Road and County Road 63 may be affected.

This emergency repair work is a result of summer thunderstorms that washed debris across the road and blocked culverts.
