BURNS - The Southeast Regional Alliance, a community and economic development region serving Grant, Harney and Malheur counties, will meet 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 28, at the Harney County Courthouse.

Major agenda items to be considered are multi-region projects for possible funding and reports from the regional representatives of the Community Solutions Team. The CST is made of the departments of agriculture, economic and community development, environmental quality, housing and community services, land conservation and development and transportation. There also will be a discussion of the impact of the state budget cuts on the Regional Investment Program in southeast Oregon.
