JOHN DAY - The Juniper Singers will present a Spring Concert 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 26, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on East Highway, John Day.

A variety of upbeat selections will be presented by the 25-person choir including "God Bless America," "River Song," "Sunshine In My Soul," folk selection "Americana," jazz rock "All About the Blues," "Coming Home" and more.

The Juniper Singers usually present two or three concerts per season, with occasional larger choreographed productions. Practices are held 7 p.m. Mondays at Grant Union High School music room, with a summer vacation break. The last performance was "The Messiah" during the holiday season.
