Story time fun at Library

Librarian Denice Lewis entertains the children as she reads a book during Tuesday's story time hour. The Eagle /Marissa Allen

JOHN DAY - The Grant County Library holds story time with Librarian Denice Lewis Tuesday mornings from 10-11 a.m., for children 3 to 6 years old. Mrs. Lewis keeps the children interested with her verbal expressions and the excitement she adds to every page. Lewis says story time is aimed at introducing children to the world of books. Stories are followed by a craft and ends as the children blow out a pretend candle.
