My number one goal for the next 6 months is to lose enough weight to be below 150 pounds.

My biggest motivator will be my 3 times per week workout at Curves, my friends to encourage me and my extra-curriculum exercising on my days off from Curves.

My strategy for staying the course is to count on my team to encourage me to get through the exercising and dieting needed to meet my goal.

I love chips and pizza - anything salty!

I love to hate any exercising, except Curves - I love Curves! I hate running, doing calesthentics, boxing, swimming, etc. I can't swim, run, bike ride, etc.

My number one strategy is to continue at Curves at least 3-5 times a week, to cut back on foods that I love, and to pray that I'll have the strength to get through the next 6 months, losing weight.
