1.What is your No. 1 goal for the next six months?

To make a healthy life style change and learn to add exercise into my daily routine. Also to learn to ignore comments about my weight and how I choose to loose weight.

2.What is going to be your biggest motivator?

Wanting to make a positive change in my life for myself.

3.What is your strategy to staying the course?

To make positive changes slowly so I make it a habit and I won't go back to the poor habits when this is over.

4.What is your secret food craving?

French fries and Ice cream

5.The exercise you love to hate?

Any exercise

6.What is your No. 1 strategy?

To make a change in the way I eat and handle stress so in the long term the change is for the rest of my life. One day I hope to take a vacation and maybe wear a bikini ( those days are long gone but it is a dream)
