1.What is your No. 1 goal for the next six months?
To make a healthy life style change and learn to add exercise into my daily routine. Also to learn to ignore comments about my weight and how I choose to loose weight.

Wanting to make a positive change in my life for myself.

To make positive changes slowly so I make it a habit and I won't go back to the poor habits when this is over.

French fries and Ice cream

To make a change in the way I eat and handle stress so in the long term the change is for the rest of my life. One day I hope to take a vacation and maybe wear a bikini ( those days are long gone but it is a dream)
