A group is seeking former members of the Third Marine Division and those attached personnel for the purpose of forming a Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Third Marine Division Association in Oregon and southwest Washington.

Anyone who served in, was attached to, or served in support of the Third Marine Division at any time since it was formed on Sept. 16, 1942, is eligible for membership. This includes WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm Afghanistan and Iraq.
